About wishlist not working

    Hi,
    I have 2 questions:
    1. When I am not logged in, click on the item to add to the wishlist and then view the wishlist page, and no item has been added.
    2. Can I change the link to the “RETURN TO SHOP” button on the wishlist page?

    1- We have confirmed this concern on our Test Site and there isn’t such an issue happening there for the Logged Out users. So, can you please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details with us so that we can proceed further along with that take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the permission too to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    2- Sorry to say but the Wishlist page under the Theme is coming through the Shortcode, so there isn’t an option available under the Theme Settings to change it’s link. It will require Customization to change it and it is out of our Theme Support scope.

    Although, if you want to do the Customization yourself then here is the Theme file location from where the Return to Shop button is coming on Wishlist page:

    wp-content/woodmart/inc/integrations/woocommerce/modules/wishlist/class-ui.php

    In the above-mentioned Theme file, on Line Number 391 you can find the link defined.

    Hello,

    We are noticing that your Theme and Core plugin is not updated to the latest version.

    Kindly, please update your Woodmart Theme and Core plugin to the latest version and then check back the issue again. Hopefully, it will get resolved by then.

    Hello,

    There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    I seem to find a hack that conflicts with WoodMart!

    It’s the Caching plugin “Breeze”, but I need to use it, so do I need to adjust any settings related to plugins? Or is there any other suggested way?

    Hello,

    Sorry to say this but the Plugin you have mentioned, is a third-party Plugin and according to the Envato Policy the issues related to third-party Plugin aren’t included in the Item Support Policy. You will eventually need to contact the respective Plugin Support or Plugin Author in this regard. They will guide you through.
