Accessibility warnings indicated by PageSpeed

Hello
We want to fix the accessibility warnings that pagespeed is referring to. But we can’t. Please help.

The warnings are as follows:

1- Background and foreground colors do not have a sufficient contrast ratio.
2- Links do not have a discernible name
3- Touch targets do not have sufficient size or spacing.
4- Heading elements are not in a sequentially-descending order
5- ARIA IDs are unique

2. Try to use the “Information Box” element instead of this one – https://take.ms/hLB2z, then clear the cache and recheck the issue.
