Accordion doesn't work / Frontpage

I’m facing some issues since some weeks, I can’t explain to myself and I hope you can help me out.

1) Since a couple of weeks, the accordion doesn’t work anymore in the frontend – if I’m logged in, it’s no problem at all and everything works out.

2) I’m facing the same issues on the front page, which looks great if I’m logged in but logged out, there are several problems regarding Elementor I guess. I attached you some screenshots for you, so you can see how it should look like.

Mir ist gerade aufgefallen, dass ein Eintrag unter Woodmart Global Costum CSS im Desktopbereich eine Anweisung steht. Auf der Homeseite hat eine Optimierungsfirma den Slider entfernt und mit Elementor vier Bilder und Links eingebaut. Ich kann nicht sagen ob die folgende Anweisung den Fehler auf der Homeseite ausführt, da ich kein Programmierer bin.

Hier der screenshot FAQ. Auch wenn es nicht nach accordeon aussieht. Es funktinierte einwandfrei vor wochen. Die Plus Zeichen und die Minus Zeichen sind ja auch noch drin.

Vielleicht können Sie es ja auf der FAQ Seite auch erkennnen, wenn Sie die Tastenkombination Strg F5 drücken.

If you are using standard Elementor’s widgets you need to disable the “Load Elementor optimized CSS” option and enable the “Elementor frontend” option in Theme Settings -> Performance -> Plugins because the first option affects the CSS style for default widgets, and the second option enables JS scripts for accordions by default.

Danke für den Hinweis, aber es gibt bei diesem Theme sehr viel zu berücksichtigen. Erst einmal vielen Dank und den schnellen Support. Wir werden auf jeden Fall das Theme weiter einsetzen, auch auf anderen Seiten.

Unfortunately, it’s an important JavaScript library and I don’t think that this library slows down the site because it’s a core library in WordPress.

In order to speed up the site try a few steps:

1. Use some CDN service like KeyCDN.

2. Use the WP Rocket plugin to clear the cache.

3. Your current server response time is 2-3 seconds and it is very slow. It might be caused by a lot of different factors: slow server, plugins etc.

Turn off all third-party plugins first and optimize your website. Then, add necessary plugins one by one and check the speed accordingly.

4. The weight of your images is 2.2MB, try to optimize images.
