Account Confirmation issues

Recently, I updated the theme. And now im in a problem with account confirmation. When a user has created an account, they do receive an email to confirm their account and also add their password. Now that is my problem. Users can create an account, they can receive the email to put their password. But then, the link will direct them to their dashboard or the login page. With no new password input appeared. Please I need help. As some of these users have bought something there. I have known this theme for a long time but this is new for me.
