Account Pages

After I click the “My Account” button, I can see a couple of pages in the account dashboard such as Order, Addresses, Payment method, and others but I cannot access those pages. Are those pages inaccessible?
Also, the page title is always covered by a component that shows the current day and month, how can I modify it to somewhere else? I also want to know how can I locate the “My Account” dropdown menu to remove the “Download” option from the menu. Thanks!

Firstly, could you check if you’ve set the “My Account” page under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced?

On the same page, you’ll find “Account endpoints” – these should be unique and not blank. If you want to remove the download tab, remove the download endpoint.

If it is not working then could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

If the issue with woodmart theme deactivated the third party plugins on your site and share the wp logins details of your site i will check and give you a possible solution.

Sure, I attached the account info below. The date component can be above/below the title if it does not cover it.

For the order/addresses/account details pages, I do not want to move them and I just want to know why all the pages redirect to the dashboard page. For example, when I click the “Payment methods” on the left sidebar, the permalink shows “https://naughtymi.com/payment-methods/?page_id=58” but the sidebar on the left still displays the current page as “Dashboard” and the page content does not change.

You have checked with the default theme and the issue still remains. It means it is not our theme issue. Please contact with woocommerce support in this regard they will guide you better because My Account is woocommerce functionality.

Please add the below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS

.wd-post-date.wd-style-with-bg {
       top: -10px;
    left: 270px;
}

Change the value as per your requirements.
