“Action After Add to Cart” is not working

Hi. I’m setting up “Action After Add to Cart” to “Display Widget” but it is not doing it.

I have a staging evironment cloned from my original site, disabled all plugings except Woocommerce and Woodmart Core, default functions.php file. No cache.

Please see attached screenshots.

Hope you can tell me what I’m missing.
