Action after add to cart not working on product page

    Hello,

    On the theme’s settings I have activate:
    Action after add to cart (Choose between showing an informative popup and opening the shopping cart widget.)=> Display widget

    Expected result: On all “add to cart” button when you click, the sidebar widget shows with the added product.

    Actual result:
    – When you on “add to cart” button located on the product page, the product is added to the cart, but the action of showing the widget is not performed.
    – It does work as expected on the Product archive page

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins and provide the login details of the website.

    Hello thanks for your reply,

    I’ve tested as you asked, deactivating all plugins but “Woodmart core” and “woocommerce”
    and the issue persist (please check screenshot attached)

    Hello, this is probably due a security from the hosting, since I don’t have this issue (see screenshot)

    Hello,

    It’s the second time you posted a public screenshot with sensitive data from my website.
    I dont understand why are you avoiding my request of NOT POSTING sensitive data like the url that cleary is visible on your 2 screenshots.
    I’ve also asked kindly to remove the screenshot from comment #340929, and not only you haven’t done that, but you have posted a second screenshot with sensitive data on comment #341124.

    What is not clear about my request and why are you not following it? let me ask one more time:

    1. Please remove screenshots from comments #340929 and #341124
    2. Please do not post any more screenshot where my website’url is visible.

    Please anwser ASAP as this is not the type of support Im expecting, and Im very disapointed already.

    As for your request:

    This is due security reasons, seems that you’re trying to connect from PK (Pakistan) and that country wasn’t on the allowed list.
    I have added this country, please check or let me know from which country you’re conecting so I can added to the list of allowed.

    P.S. Back to the sensitive info issue, I see now that I don’t have access to your private content, cannot click on them and it’s state “Private Content Hidden”
    Can I suggest:
    – To grand my user access to this content (if possible)
    – To post screenshots WITHOUT the URL at least.
    – To make this post private (at least only for xtemos users)

    Thanks, I’ve checked and seems to be working now,

    Please can you detail what exactly have you change? we need to know exactly what from our files was changed, in case you have made changes directly on the theme’s file or pluging (woodmart core) please confirm this changes will be included in future updates.

    I have enabled the option “Ajax add to cart” from Theme Settings >> Single Product page >> Add to cart options.
