Activate Elementor for dev site

I have your theme installed, and Im running elementor builder.
The builder is active, but very restricted, and not all functions are available. How do I activate the builder fully to start working with the site?

In order to expand the functionality of the Elementor, navigate to Elementor -> Settings -> General and enable post types per your needs.

Yep, these elements are related to the Elementor PRO version, therefore to be able to use it you need to upgrade your page builder to the PRO version.

So this is not included in the theme license? I thought it was, as the WP bakery is without limets.
