Activate template

i just installed the theme and child theme and when i activate it ..
i have this error message :

Fatal error: Cannot declare class Nav_Menu_Images, because the name is already in use in /home/clients/e6fe716676f81548384a4cbb07c6a1fa/sites/ismoda.procab-dev.ch/wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/modules/nav-menu-images/nav-menu-images.php on line 32
