Activate theme licence failed

    Hi Support,

    I got this error when I try to activate theme licence.

    “API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.”

    I’ve contact server provider and they already update OpenSSL to 1.1.0 version.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your FTP access so we can check it?

    Hi,

    Thanks for quick reply.

    Not related plugins already disable.

    Current PHP version is 5.3.3

    FTP access as in private content. Admin access also shared in previous post.

    Are you able to upgrade your PHP? 5.3.3 is too old and we suggest you take 7+ version that would be much better for your website and performance. And our theme requires PHP 5.6+
