Activation doesn't work

I bought Basel theme, after installation I try to active the licence, but I receive this message:

“The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too”

What can I do to fix the error? Thanks

Contact your host support and ask the ensure the same. In addition, PHP max input vars should be 5000min
