Hi there
When i try to activate the theme i receive this error
“API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.”
After contacting the host, they replied with
“Just to clarify a Open SSL is a protocol for SSL certificates, the server that your hosting is on is OpenSSL 1.0.1e-fips, it’s at the version that your plugin is requesting.”
So just wondering how I can fix this problem? I had a look at some of the other threads about this issue and one possibility was that the firewall was blocking your IP, however we are on shared hosting and cant make changes to the firewall.
Can someone get back to me on how to fix this? Thanks
