Activation Fails

After reinstalling the theme the activation fails.
The activation appears active in my account page but not activated in the theme.
When I input the activation code I get a ” purchase code already activated, deactivate in your account” . But I cant see an option to deactivate. As a result I cannot use the templates. See attached images.
