Active menu Sidebar Categories

Would you like to leave only the category sidebar menu active when visiting the page?

I saw the screenshot you attached. Sorry but there is no such option in Theme Settings.

If you want the background color for that specific menu item then you can try adding the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS for Desktop area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.menu-categorias-container #menu-item-374 a {
background: red;
}
