2. This text appear: “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.” => event my seting is 300 already.

1. Just install it from Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Plugins and it should be activated.
2. Please clarify which demo you are trying to import and send me access to the admin dashboard so I will check it on your side.

1. But you have activated the Elementor builder globally: https://take.ms/erq1M , in this case, the WPB will not work. Please apply the Elementor only for 1 of your site, for another one enable the WPB and let me know.
2. Could you please send me access to the C-panel so I can check the timeout limit?

The 300 seconds problem is related to the settings on the server because when downloading pictures to your site, we get the following error “http_request_failed cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5001 milliseconds ”

So you can create a dev site and import any template there, then with the help of the import functionality of Elementor you can copy the Home page or some specific blocks and move it to the main website, more detail is here: https://elementor.com/help/template-library/
