    Buen dia, descargue la version actual del theme y no me permtite actualizar. Me genera error.

    No se ha podido descomprimir el paquete. El tema no tiene la hoja de estilos style.css.

    La instalación del tema ha fallado.

    Hello,

    Please unpack the archive and make sure you upload the theme folder archive without documentation and other attachments. If you still have a problem, please make the full backup and provide site admin access I will update.

    Hello,

    Please restore the site from the backup and save the translation correctly as per this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3

    Then update the theme again.

    I wanted to check the notification as it is not in English. I cannot log in.

    Please check the recent version of the theme is 6.0.2 If your version is older, make sure you have saved the translation properly, make the full backup of the site, and updated the theme.

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    Theme license tab is disabled in Theme Settings -> White label https://prnt.sc/1297juw
    You need to return this page back.
