Adblock disable the banners on theme

I want to use promo banners and I can’t because AdBlock stop it from display.

Yes, the way AdBlock plugin works is to hide all advertisements and banners. We can’t influence this extension functionality.

But if we will do this in our update, customers will lose a lot of custom codes since this element is very often customized. We suggest you to try to change these classes on your website to avoid this problem. You can override the banner element in the child theme and change the class.
Well I am more than sure that your clients too will like this update.
You can inform all of them to “remake” the blocks with those banners and that’s all…
