add a checkbox to the registration form

Sorry but there is no such option in Theme Settings to add a checkbox as you mentioned on the login/register because it is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

There’s another problem I’ve noticed

You can become a signing up of the site only by entering an e-mail address. (when the password field is left empty)

Is there any way to switch off signing up by leaving the password entry field blank?

May I misunderstood your question. You can enable register with email only by checking Send password setup link (recommended) box, then the password will be sent to email after that.

Although there is a field to create a password, registration can be done only with an email by leaving it blank.
