Add a Review starts is showing 10 starts rating and not 5 starts on desktop

Hi Supports,
I am using my created Single Product Layouts and I have enabled Only logged in customers who have purchased this product may leave a review.
Now the problem is when a customer write the review and to add the starts rating on desktop version, the number of starts are showing as 10 starts and not 5 starts, if the same on Mobile version there is NO starts at all. (Attached photos)
Could you please help!

In general, the reviews functionality is related to WooCommerce so our theme cannot influence it. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
