Add backgound color when hover menu

    Hello,

    How i can add white background color when i hover my transparent header ?
    Only when i hover, like the menu. On file 2, the blue selection.

    File 1 :
    Left photo : my version
    right photo : that i want please

    Unfortunately, there is no option to make the header white, when you hover one of the menu elements.
