Add button quantity not working

Hey team wormart! I have a big issue. de add button quantity its not working

When i log in Like admin the button works but when i log in with another user or not the button dosnt work!
Can u help me? i cant find the solution

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
