Add coupon on QTY update error

Hello, when I change quantity in the shopping cart, i get an error saying, please add coupon! Basically it keeps asking me to add a coupon code when I try to change the quantity for any product in the shopping bag!

Any ideas how to fix this?

If you have any additional plugins for coupons deactivate and check, if no plugins, please provide your site admin access we shall check.
