Hey – how do I add this custom shop layout for just the shop page? Can I do this at the primary category level, so that each primary category displays its subcategories like this?

    Hello,

You can use WooCommerce builder of WoodMart allowing you to create custom templates for Product, Product Categories pages and other functional pages that are not editable by default. WooCommerce builder is the inbuilt functionality widget included in the builder you use on the site.
    Follow this guide:

    Best Regards.

    Hi [Support Team],

I hope you’re doing well. I’m currently experiencing an issue with my category page on my website, https://staging.toiletface.co.uk.

Specifically, on the Football category page (https://staging.toiletface.co.uk/product-category/football-novelty-toilet-paper/?v=79cba1185463), it’s displaying subcategories as icons, but I’d like it to display all the products in the Football category instead.

I have checked the theme and WooCommerce settings, but the issue persists. Could you kindly advise how I can resolve this to ensure all products are displayed within the category rather than subcategory icons?

Additionally, there seem to be missing placeholders for images, even though product images have been uploaded. Any help regarding this would also be appreciated.

    Looking forward to your assistance.

    Best regards,
    Joe

    Hello,

Please navigate to the Appearance >> Customize >> Woocommerce >> Product Catalog >> Shop page display >> Choose what to display on categories pages:
    https://ibb.co/thx0ySS

For the images, Navigate to Products > Categories > Edit Category > upload the Image for category thumbnail and check the issue.

If the issue remains, Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the valid WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards
