Please provide us with the product display page format and customer files via upload.

Create the product as a Variable Product in WooCommerce and add attributes (size, paper type, quantity) to handle price variations. Options like color processing should be set as product attributes / variations.

For file upload, there is no such option by default. You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you. https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-product-fields-for-woocommerce/
