Add Element to Single Product Page

Hi – I would like to add a button with link to another page on every single product page – can you please advise if this is possible?

Navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Add to cart then you can add Custom content before / after add to cart button. You can use default or HTML Block. https://prnt.sc/nTFFB9I7TtQ0
