Add elements in banner/slider

I have been looking for the setting to add this element just below the main slider. Can you tell me how can i do it? I am using default demo, and this element is from grocery demo.

You can try creating yourself. If you need help then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Where can i see the settings for the information box? I can see from where i can add it, but how do i keep the right settings?
