Add heading tags to woo description

I am trying to add heading tags to category description.
When I insert a tag to a certain text it gets added to all of the text in category description.
This will kill my SEO.

Hello,

Install and configure free Yoast Plugin it has a special field for title, description, and keywords.

The category description is not destined for tags regardless of the theme.
