Add new language with wpml plugin

I translated my home page, categories, attributes, menus and products into German with wpml. However, I did not know how to copy and translate some places in the theme into German. I could not translate the following;

1.) I could not translate the footer area.
2.) How can I translate sliders by language?
3.) I could not translate the area I specified in the attached image on the product page.
4.) I could not translate the field I specified in the attached image in the header area.

1.) I am using the original standard slider of your theme, but I designed the mobile slider visually for each language. How can I set which language these sliders should appear in?

2.) My theme uses a single product page design. I need to translate it into different languages, I read and applied the processes in the link you provided. However, since this page is specially designed with elementor, I guess wpml cannot intervene in some areas. I like copying and translating the design into different languages more. Can you please help me with this?

Please go to WPML > Settings and set wd_layout_conditions and wd_layout_type of Custom Fields Translation to Copy or Translate https://prnt.sc/s4fCed8tWBS3

Set woodmart_layout of Post Types Translation to Translate https://prnt.sc/PhNd6HzAqzF2

After that, you can translate Layout post type as other post types.

I don’t understand how to make mobile and desktop sliders for different languages. I used to use rev slider in projects, but I think woodmart is better for my website not to slow down.

Please navigate to WPML > Settings and enable the Translatable for the Sliders (woodmart_slider) here: https://prnt.sc/9cdEQiqE9ZJD

Then you can try to add translation again.
