add overlay to all woocommerce productpages (shop, productpage)

Hello,
I want an overlay color (FAF9F7 capacity 14) on all products in woocommerce. Since the products are loaded from a remote server, the photos are not in the media. So the overlay should be image independent. So that all images are shown with the overlay color. So the overlay should default to product page with or without photo.
