Add Phone Number Field for Abandoned Carts

Hello WoodMart Team,
I’d love to have an option to collect and display customers’ phone numbers in the Abandoned Carts list. Many of my customers either don’t use email or prefer to be contacted by phone/SMS, so this feature would greatly improve my cart recovery rate.
Key points:
A dedicated phone field at checkout or in the user account.
Display phone numbers in the “Abandoned Carts” admin panel.
Helps store owners follow up with non-email users and improve recovery.

Unfortunately, there is no such option by default. You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-abandoned-cart-recovery/

I understand but can u help me of give me instructions for add this row And when click view cart show phone number field. i want to add this function to my child’s theme.

Hello,
Currently, the Abandoned Cart feature in WoodMart relies on email notifications for cart recovery. The system saves guest carts only after the email field is filled on the checkout page.
Unfortunately, there is no built-in option to collect and display phone numbers in the Abandoned Carts list.
It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
You can also submit your own request in the dedicated section as a feature request: https://woodmart.canny.io/feature-requests. If it gains support from the WoodMart community, it will significantly speed up the implementation of this functionality in our theme.
