Hello,

Navigate to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > set the default product sorting.

Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Expand WoodMart WooCommerce layered nav and change the text:

Also you can configure the widgets from Theme Settings > Product Archive > Widgets.
