Add Shipping Details To Guest Checkout Page

How do i activate or collect guest shipping information during guest check out process??

Basel or Woocommerce does not have the option. You will have to find a plugin.

On the checkout page on my website i can only see Billing Address information….can i have the same for shipping address on the checkout page?

You need to configure that in the Woocommerce > Settings > Shipment Please refer to the Woocoommerce documentation for details.
