Add Shortcode to header.php

Hi,

I would like to add yith wishlist shortcode in the header, next to the cart widget.
Where can I place this shortcode, I tried in many places and couldnt make it work.

The Yith wishlist plugin does not have such functionality and we do not have any instruction on how to code to implement that.
