PANNIKOLOVParticipantThank you for your reply,
it doesen’t work for all products.
try this for example:
https://2troxo.gr/v1/product/sc-project-cr-t-titanium-yamaha-xsr-700-2016-2018/
SKU:Y27B-C38T
or
https://2troxo.gr/v1/product/gpr-trioval-inox-suzuki-v-strom-650-2012-2016/
SKU:S.182.TRIJuly 17, 2019 at 6:21 am #133074
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Search result for Y27B-C38T http://prntscr.com/og40rm and it does not work in http://prntscr.com/og43nl
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

PANNIKOLOVParticipantHi,
This bug excisted from the start. i also told you that the main search is third part becuse yours is not working. in the /shop/ the first search is third party and the second yours! I will not desable plugins becuse this is live website.July 17, 2019 at 3:13 pm #133197
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please clone and move your site to some staging platform and provide full access both admin and FTP. We need to check deeper. We need to deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme.
Best Regards

PANNIKOLOVParticipantThank you,
I dont have so much space and database size quota! The website has 10k products..
If you will help me just reply me to give you ftp account!July 17, 2019 at 3:48 pm #133203
Artem TemosKeymasterOK, please, send us your FTP access so we can check. Also, please, disable at least cache plugins and the one that adds this 3rd party search form.

PANNIKOLOVParticipantTake a look on private content!
Thank you!July 18, 2019 at 1:51 pm #133407
Artem TemosKeymasterIt seems that lookup tables are outdated and algorithm can’t find SKUs according to new WooCommerce DB architecture. https://gyazo.com/0e44e5f740a244391cef2f771d0e6c35
Try to regenerate them and check how it works.July 18, 2019 at 2:59 pm #133420
PANNIKOLOVParticipantThank you for fast response,
It will make any damage or is this safe?
July 19, 2019 at 6:01 am #133498
Artem TemosKeymasterIt is a WooCommerce new database architecture and it will not harm your store and theme’s functionality. We can’t be responsible for 3rd party plugins you are using. But we didn’t get any reports about some problems with this.
July 19, 2019 at 2:20 pm #133628
PANNIKOLOVParticipantI Spoted the problem! It can’t search SKUs with more than one Words like “xtemos product1”!
How to fix that? Also i use the tool that you send me!Thank you!
July 20, 2019 at 12:43 am #133633
Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, but there is no workaround for this. SKU search works with one word only. SKU with spaces is considered as multiple words and it doesn’t work as expected.
