Add sorting by price on the shop page

I would like to add the possibility for the customers to sort y price in shop and category pages, is it possible ?

You need to add the Woocommerce price filter widget into the Shop page widget area in Appearance > Widgets.

Please install the free Classic widget plugin if you have not done that yet. Add the widgets in Appearance > Widgets > Shop page widget area.
If the problem remains, insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.
