Add template from WPBakery Page Builder

Hi there,

When I got a blanco page you have the option to use a template from WPBakery Page Builder what works with your theme.

When I click on the blue button “Add Template” I come in the WoodMart templates library what is very nice to see.

But when I click on the “+” (plus) button on a template (Then I see: Add this template) and I click on that + button he is doing like he do something, but this template never showed up on the page.

What to do?

Maybe you have some blocking system on your server. Contact your hosting provider for help obtaining this data.

As we said, we can’t do this without FTP access. It is not just a code snippet that you can add. It is a complicated process and there is no ready to use instruction for this that we can send you.

Thats the whole issue too, I gived you to acces details for FTP, but also that did not work from your side.

What I did 1 hour ago:
I Changed my webhost to another hosting company (www.mijndomein.nl), it is a big company in our country.

When the movement is completed I will test again and hopefully my url won’t blocked again. If the issue is resolved now I let you know by next post. And if not… we have to check futher, hopefully those FTP acces will work for your team.

I changed from hosting now because I’m in the middle; my webhost is blaming you and your team let us know there is no issue from your side… whiletime we are the one who’s getting ra… 😉

I should let you know about the fact if i could use templates by anoter host or not…

By another host i can use the template, but this host does not support some things what we need for a webshop so i have to stay where i am right now.

Now i bought another domain name and also with this one i cant use the templates.

I gived your IP to the webhost, they wrote first you are the one for sure you blocked them, BUT they wrote carefully too that they blocked your IP too.
