Add text and file upload on product

Hello,
I would like to know if there a way that :
1. I can ask the user to enter a text on the product page
2. I can ask the user to Upload files that will be sent to the admin
3. The admin can upload a file to the customer when he changes the order status
If this is not possible with your theme, would you please advise me a plugin that is compatible with yours and that can do that?

Hello,
You can enable reviews and any user will be able to enter the text on the product page, you can find the option in the Woocommerce > Settings > Products.
You can allow upload images that would be visible to all publicity on the product page. This option is provided in the Theme Settigns > Single Product > Reviews.
If you need more option you will need to search for a plugin or customize Woocommerce product template as per your needs.
