Try to use the product tabs widget in the layout, Navigate to Layouts > Edit Single Product layout with page builder and the widget.

is showing now but how can i select or add information inside each option?

Example with some text is: “…….. .com/produto/protea-telopea/”

Also where it cames the name “useful information”.

Hello,

By default, WooCommerce has three tabs

– Additional information
– Reviews
– Description (displayed only if you have added description content for the product)

The Additional Information tab on the WooCommerce Single Product Page displays information about product dimensions, weight, and possible attribute terms.

If you want to add more tabs Navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs > Additional tabs.
If you want to add additional tabs for specific product, you can add Tab via Product Setting https://prnt.sc/exIlSVXRC9_d

It is an issue with third party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

Plugins disabled, same problem. (only the coming soon plugin still because is needed, but i’ve disabled for 1 minute and the issue still the same)
