Add To Card Problem

hello,
so my clients are reporting a problem when they make an add to card
so whene i click on add to card it gaves me the message as in this screen

but when i refresh i found my order

in the shopping cart

and it’s a little bit annoying
could you please help with this

Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
