Hey, When I am trying to adding the product in the cart. The “Add to cart button” Just loading continuously. and when I check the cart page the product is showing in the cart.

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme. Then clear the cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave the third party plugins deactivated and provide admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with theme plugins.

For the footer, you can try creating an HTML Block and customize it according to your needs.
Then you need to set the footer layout to a single column and use the WoodMart HTML Block widget to display it.
