Add to Cart button not been displayed

    We are currently facing a critical issue with one of our Elementor widgets in our purchased woodmart theme. When the widget is placed on a page, the “Add to Cart” button is not displaying for users with different roles, as depicted in the screenshot attached (scrn2.png). Surprisingly, the button is only visible for users with Administrator roles.

    This issue is causing significant inconvenience for our customers and impacting our sales. We kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter.

    Could you please provide us with a fix or workaround to ensure that the “Add to Cart” button is visible for all user roles?

    To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.

    Hi Hung,

    I checked again after clearing browser cache, still same issue. When you log in as admin, you can see the add to cart button and it all works fine. The issue is when you login as a customer, that’s where the add to cart button is missing. Try logging in with the test customer account credential below:

    It caused by the YITH Catalog mode plugin https://prnt.sc/816yGGMJexCS > https://prnt.sc/-D1tXrYfhOJs

    Please disable it and double check.
