Hello,
Please check and disable the Catalog mode in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Catalog mode.
Make sure you have added the price and the product is in stock.
If all is correct and the problem still persists, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
