Which plugin are you using to display the stripe checkout button on the page?? The issue seems to be caused by the plugin not our theme.

I’m not using any plugin, it’s part of the WooCommerce package that you included in the theme

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

I have logged into your website and you are using a Custom template for the products using Elementor PRO.
Please disable the Custom template and then clear cache and check back.

Okay, now I’ve done that and reverted to the theme default product page, is there a way to use this default product page as a template for editing?

Sorry but you cannot edit the default single product template. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
You can use Custom CSS to change the styling of the add to cart button.
