ADD TO CART DISFUNCTION

Hello.
All the add to cart buttons, whether it’s in the main page as quick view or on the product page don’t add the product to the cart. Not only that, on the home page quick view add to cart button, when I click it, it’s loading for at least 20 seconds. Please provide instructions to solve it.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

If I do it, all the work I’ve put in order to customize the woodmart theme will be gone. I’ll have to do it all over again from the begining.

The only problem that may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. Now, you need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions.
As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/

I tested two other themes astra % twenty-twenty and they both have no problem with adding the product to the cart. It seems there’s a theme issue.

You mean the woodmart theme or the twenty-twenty?

We mean twenty-twenty so we can see how it works. Then we will switch to WoodMart and check what is wrong.

I’ve activated astra which is the theme I’ve been using for the past 1.5 years. You can check it now. Let me know if you want to change the theme. Please check it as soon as possible because my website is down due to this issues.

Can you send us your admin access so we can switch between themes ourselves and compare the add-to-cart functionality?

Or create a staging clone of your website where you can test such issues without harm to your production website.

We see that you have some option enabled that redirects you to the cart page after adding a product. It breaks our AJAX. You need to either disable this option or disable AJAX add to cart in Theme Settings.

I’m going with the first solution. Please, tell me how to disable it, I don’t want to redirect to the cart after the pressing of the button anyways.

We don’t know where is this redirect coming from. Could you please temporarily disable all extra plugins?
