Add to cart in the product page!!

Hello,
In the product page,
I want “Select Options” button instead of “Add to cart” for the variable products. Once any attribute will be selected then it will show “Add to cart”, unless it must show “Select Options” or unclickable like the next custom button I have. (Read carefully, see the attached image for better clarification then replay)

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
Because the products are woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t… influence.

Oh, opps.
Okay, then can I change the “text” in the red box? See the attached image.
This “text” appears when I click onto the add to cart button without selecting any color.
