Add to Cart – Numbers that display when you add/minus items aren't visible

Dear Support,
Just noticed on the add to cart section that contains the +/- symbols, the numbers that are supposed to display when you add/minus items aren’t visible. Also noticed a strange up/down arrows symbol in-between.
See attached print screen in regard.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

It worked, though It wasn’t actually a plugin that was causing the issue, but some custom css.
