    Hello,

    When a user clicks on “ajouter au panier”( “add to card” in English), is it possible with your theme to have a pop up that displays 2 buttons : “complete my order” and “continue shopping”

    A screenshot is attached so that you can visualize what I mean.

    Hello,

    You can change the action after clicking the “Add to cart” via Theme Settings -> Shop -> Action after add to cart -> set the “Show popup” option.

    Hello,

    I have done what you said but there is no pop up that appears when you click on add to cart.

    When I click on add to cart, you are automatically redirected to the cart. I want a pop up to be displayed.

    Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

    First of all, you should disable redirect to the shopping cart via WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products.

    After that, navigate to Theme Settings -> Performance -> JS -> enable the “Magnific popup library”.

    So at the end, the popup will appear.

    Hello Luke,

    I have done what you told me. But the settings are crashing the website. You have a screenshot of what happened. When I clicked on “ajouter au panier” nothing happened and there was a ‘bug’ at the top of the page.

    Let me know if you have another solution or if you know what happen.

    As we can see, you still have Redirect to shopping cart option enabled. That is why you don’t see the popup now and are redirected to the shopping cart right after pressing the button.

    No I have disabled it when I tested the setup (screenshots are attached in my previous message)
    – I have disabled the redirect to shopping cart
    – I have enabled “magnific popup up library”

    But an error is appearing with this configuration (a screenshot is attached to my previous message).

    Could you have a look at it because I cannot make this work ?

    Please, restore both options so we can test them again. When we tested this ourselves it worked correctly. We did this two times already. But when you revert options then the issue appears again.
    Note that you have to clear the cache after changing them.

    Could you please clarify do you test as a logged-in or logged-out user? If it happens with logged-out only, try to disable your optimization plugins.

    Ok. I get it. It is happening in the logged-out version.

    I will ask my developer to fix that. Do you know what she has to do?

    And do you know how I can change the text on the pop up?

    We see that CSS for the popup is missing when we test the page in the Incognito tab of the browser. It looks like the optimization plugin cuts the CSS file but it does it wrong and some CSS is not loaded at all.
