Add to cart option not working sometimes

    My websites add to cart option not working on single product page sometimes on inspect element its shows an error theme is throwing javascript error on “add to cart”, breaking further scripts.

    For some reason, Woodmart and WooCommerce are having significant issues. Specifically, when on the single product page, (1) clicking the ‘add to cart’ button occasionally leads to an endless spinner. More critical though, is that 100% of the time (2) the ‘proceed to checkout’ button is now missing from the Cart page.

    I already went through troubleshooting. I disabled all plugins and only turned on Woodmart Core and WooCommerce, but the issue was still there.

    What is causing these problems specifically in the store with the Woodmart theme? How can I resolve them? Let me know what you recommend.

    I included login credentials for you to access the website as needed. I have recent backups of the website and Woodmart settings.

    I have already made a backup of the website so you have permission to access and fix the issue.

    Please update the theme to the recent version, if it does not help, switch to the parent theme and deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    I tried everything and still couldnt get the issue to be resolved. Was there anything your support team is able to do, after me providing you with the login informationa and all?

    Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
