Add to cart popup cookie popup not working on home page

I don’t know what happened with the recent update, adding to cart doesn’t work on the home page. On other pages it works correctly, interestingly the cookies popup also does not work as shown in the video below.

You should clear browser cache https://prnt.sc/zBsUJ15KI7Za and deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
