I can’t access your site https://prnt.sc/vjU2gTPDLFLh I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and Elementor or WPBakery plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

Popup worked on my end https://prnt.sc/fbVGj0RkFFSv You should please purge cache from plugins / CDN or disable it and check again, deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

It caused by Popup built with Elementor, I moved it to the Trash https://prnt.sc/nz10i2UDJHnO and WoodMart theme’s popup worked again https://prnt.sc/vSb3xFEJ6KKy

Thank you Hung. Still testing this. For some users this does not occur but some are. I have tried incognito on my own and it works half the time. I guess its cache config
